Privacy policy

This policy describes how applatform.ai(“we”, “our”) handles information collected through applatform.ai. It covers visitors to the marketing site only. Customers using our product are governed by their separate Data Processing Agreement and Master Subscription Agreement.

1. What we collect

We collect three categories of information through this site:

• Information you provide. Email addresses, names, company affiliation, and free-text content you submit through any contact form, scheduling link, or applicant flow.
• Automatically collected data. Page-view counts, referrer URLs, country-level geolocation, device class, browser family, and aggregate timing — collected by Vercel Analytics. We do not set advertising cookies.
• Operational logs. Standard HTTP request logs (IP, user-agent, URL, status code) retained by our hosting provider for security, abuse, and uptime purposes.

2. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising retargeting. We do not train AI models on it.

3. Sub-processors

We use a small number of vetted third parties to operate this site:

• Vercel — site hosting and analytics (US-based).
• Calendly — scheduling links for prospective design partners (US-based).
• Google Fonts — Geist and Geist Mono delivery (US, EU); fonts are self-hosted in production where possible.

4. Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel may set a first-party cookie strictly for fraud and abuse detection. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing functionality.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR for the EU/EEA/UK, CCPA for California, and similar laws elsewhere) you may have the right to:

• Request access to the information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request data portability.
• Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@applatform.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Inquiry and applicant data is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless you request earlier deletion. Aggregated analytics is retained for the lifetime of the site.

7. International transfers

applatform.ai is operated from the United States. If you are based outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed there. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

8. Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page; the “Last updated” date will always reflect the most recent revision.
